Photography Tuition

Photography Tuition, One to One - We start from where you are, working out your current ability and what direction you want to take. From just fun, to commercial work - whatever your requirements, I work with you at an easy to understand pace, from beginner to the experienced photographer. We'll take a trip to a local landscape (lighthouse, windmill, shipwreck, boats, trees etc) and practice techniques that will improve your skills in capturing the glorious landscape.

If we start at 9am, we'll probably go to a few local landscape locations, then lunch at around 12.30 for half an hour (please bring a packed lunch), carrying on through the afternoon until about 3pm when we summarize the day. Tuition Days can be arranged around Dawn and Dusk if preferred.

Locations we could visit include: -
Burnham's wooden lighthouse	Edithmead Church	Cheddar Gorge

In case of bad weather, we can work indoors, using the same techniques with flower photography. Please bring about 20 images or a selection of prints, as we can then do some critiques or Photoshop training - whatever suits you. Also, please bring your camera instruction manual and stout footwear (walking boots are ideal).

Normally we cover the following, but it's your time, so it all depends on your requirements: -

Photoshop tuition, One to One - Photoshop is a massive subject, and with 10 years experience I can cover almost any photographic subject required. Photoshop training is done at my office, or your home or office (however my travel time is then deducted from the tuition period). I use a PC but can train on MAC if required.


Please bring a CD with at around 20 images on, preferably including Raw images

Tuition session (3 hours) £90
Ideal starter session. Spend three hours learning, then why not practice
your new skills for the rest of the day around some of Somerset's
stunning scenery? Costs less than half of a 6 hour session too.
Price based on you visiting Burnham on Sea for the tuition

Alternatively, Tony can visit you or meet at a destination of your choice for
an extra £25 per hour travelling cost
