'Dear Tony, I was delighted to receive the framed print of Glastonbury Tor. It looks wonderful. Everything about it is superb: the photograph, the frame and the quality of the framing. It had been very carefully and neatly packed for delivery and arrived promptly and in excellent condition care of Parcel Force.
I was very pleased that you used Parcel Force, who is so much more reliable than the 'new kids on the block' courier firms. Honestly, if I discover that an online company uses other couriers, especially Hermes, it really puts me off ordering from them because the delivery process becomes so stressful.
Your photograph was part of a 60th birthday present for my friend {withheld}. {withheld} is one of a group of people I've been friends with since schooldays. We're all reaching 60 at around the same time, so we club together to buy a series of nice presents for each other. {withheld} loves Glastonbury (she's very interested in 'new age' stuff; I'm not, but, like {withheld}, I do love Glastonbury Tor). Her birthday was on {withheld} and she was thrilled with the photograph.
I'm based in Sheffield, which is on the edge of the Peak District. There are a number of gritstone edges (escarpments) in the eastern Peak District which could be the basis of some wonderful photographs. Examples are Derwent, Stanage, Burbage, and Froggatt. The area around the National Trust property at Longshaw gives fine views of some of these edges. Anyway, thanks again. Best wishes, J.C, Sheffield' (bought an Oak 56x46cm 30mm Framed print of this image)
